Item #M309 Houghton Quench Oil. Houghto-Quench 105. Houghto-Quench 105 is a normal quenching oil of low viscosity and a quenching effect slightly lower than those of Houghto-Quench "G" or "K". The oil is based on selected paraffinic mineral oils and contains highly effective additives which assure bright surfaces of the quenched work and a very good aging stability of the oil. Vendor has 4 original shipping containers with 320 gallons in each. Used once for testing purposes only. Item #M307 Stainless Steel Rotary Drum Washer Heated. Model 250 Hurricane rotary drum washer fabricated out of stainless steel. The stainless steel drum has 1/4" perforations, 2"H auger with a 12" pitch. There are two (2) "Marine" clean out doors for easy access to the wash and rinse tanks. Wash pump is 3 H.P. and rated for 80 G.P.M. Rinse pump is 2 H.P. and rated for 60 G.P.M. There are two (2) stainless steel canister type filter; one for wash and one for rinse. The wash and rinse tanks are gas heated using an Eclipse package burner system firing into a 6" mild steel tube. The 18 kW heated blow off section has a 1/2 H.P., 1430 CFM blower. A 12" tube axial steam exhaust fan is mounted on top of the washer. Wash tank capacity is 392 gallons and the rinse tank capacity is 294 gallons. Item #M283 Fluidized Bed Aluminum Heat Treating Line (24” x 32” x 32”). This was a manual line that was used for demonstration by a company that sold fluidized bed equipment.  The line has a working area of 24” W x 32” L x 24” D.  It consists of a solution treating furnace, a water quench, a sand quench and an aging furnace.  Both furnaces are lined with 330 stainless, are electrically heated and have a maximum temperature of about 1100 degrees F.  Allen Bradley controls.  The line has been disassembled and is in new condition.  Asking $80,000 USD or best offer.
