Item #M307 Stainless Steel Rotary Drum Washer Heated. Model 250 Hurricane rotary drum washer fabricated out of stainless steel. The stainless steel drum has 1/4" perforations, 2"H auger with a 12" pitch. There are two (2) "Marine" clean out doors for easy access to the wash and rinse tanks. Wash pump is 3 H.P. and rated for 80 G.P.M. Rinse pump is 2 H.P. and rated for 60 G.P.M. There are two (2) stainless steel canister type filter; one for wash and one for rinse. The wash and rinse tanks are gas heated using an Eclipse package burner system firing into a 6" mild steel tube. The 18 kW heated blow off section has a 1/2 H.P., 1430 CFM blower. A 12" tube axial steam exhaust fan is mounted on top of the washer. Wash tank capacity is 392 gallons and the rinse tank capacity is 294 gallons.
