Serial Number 4-1295-0384. All-Metal Hot Zone with end Elements (Good Condition). Roughing and booster pump also Cryopump. Designed for Hydrogen Operation at 1 to 3 psig. Item # VF219 Centorr Vacuum Furnace. Working dimensions of 7" diameter X 12" high. Max operating temperature of 2500C. This dual-chamber system is in excellent working condition and has a dual chamber for the loading and unloading. The system comes with an M and W Systems cooling unit used to watercool the chamber. The dual-chamber allows for quick loading and unloading while the other chamber is processing. Tungsten heating elements are used and allows for attaining extremely high temperatures, making high temperature heat treatment possible. The vacuum system consists of a roughing pump and a turbo pump that can be switched to pump either chamber. The vacuum unit pumps out all the oxygen and allows for heat treatment in an oxygen free environment for oxygen sensitive parts. Item #VF216. C.I. Hayes Vacuum Oil Quench Furnace. Model VSQ-182436. The max. temp is 2400 deg.f and the work zone is 18"x24"x36" with a 500 lb. capacity. The quench oil tank holds 715 gallons of oil.  It has only a mechanical pump and there is no cooling system.  The condition of the furnace is fair because it needs work on the loader, the loading cart and the internal cooling system. The buyer is responsible for removal and we would assist with the disconnect. Hot zone is in good condition. Asking $16,500.00 USD.

Item #VF214 Ipsen Bottom Loading Vacuum Furnace VVFC.BL. 60" x 72".
Working dimensions of 60" diameter X 72" high. Operating temperature of 2400F. Roughing pump: Stokes 412H-11-10HP/300 CFM. Furnace completely rebuilt in 2009. NEW Moly Hot Zone with Graphite, Board Insulation Behind. Thermal Survey Completed August 2010. New inner steel liner. The vacuum pumps, cooling system, and all connections were also rebuilt. Blowers - 125 hp., 2 - 412 Stokes and 1 - Blower Assist, 1 - 36" Diffusion Pump, 25'. Height for Installation required. Vendor is in the process of up grading the Electronic control to an automatic computer control, and this up grade is 75% complete. The furnace is fully operational with the old controls. Installed in a Nadcap facility. Immaculate condition. The water cooling tank and system are not included, but, the dual Argon quench cooling system is included, for rapid cool down of parts. Footprint about 45ft x 30ft and 25ft ceiling height. Since a complete rebuild in 2009 the furnace was used very little in 2010 and not at all in 2011. Recent Survey Results: at 1800 deg. F high was 1810 deg. F , and low was 1790 deg. F. At 1300 deg F high was 1312 deg.F and low was 1292 deg. F During rebuild the inner liner was replaced, the inside of the shell was sand blasted and thickness checks performed which showed no low areas. Leak up rate was 5.8 microns in 60 minutes. Last Leak up rate was done on  9/01/2010, 1000*F & 1600*F  +/- 10 in load zone 1 +/- 25 in load zone 2. Furnace can pump down to 1 X  10 to  -5 level. +Nadcap approved. Asking $399,000 USD.
